Matthias Kaseorg, Esq.

Matthias is an employment and commercial litigator with a diverse practice ranging from representing individuals and businesses in employment discrimination cases and FLSA wage/hour litigation, to representing government employees in termination and licensing appeals, to representing landlords and tenants in commercial lease disputes and unlawful detainers, to representing companies and company officers/agents in contract and business disputes. Matthias has litigation and ADR experience advocating in Virginia courts, in Federal courts, in front of the American Arbitration Association, and in mediation. Matthias also counsels clients to find solutions to commercial and employment issues before they escalate to litigation.

Joel serves on the firm's labor and employment team. He works with both business owners and employees to help resolve employment issues and maintain a fair workplace for everyone involved. His experience ranges from contract disputes and stock ownership claims to collective actions in federal court. An active performer in Richmond's theatre scene, Joel is just as comfortable in the courtroom as he is on the stage.

Ben Johnson, Esq.

Ben focuses his practice on labor and employment law. He represents both employers and employees in navigating workplace disputes and litigating civil matters. Before joining the firm, Ben clerked for federal judges in district courts in Virginia and Georgia. He also interned for the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the United States Attorney’s Office. In addition, Ben spent time in private practice where he represented clients in a diverse range of cases in both state and federal court. Ben is acutely familiar with the court system and can efficiently help clients reach their goals when confronted with challenging employment matters.
